Reduced film “neckdown” – film resists reducing in width as it is being stretched, allowing narrower initial film width and/or reduced number of wraps applied to cover load. Light film gauges – reduces roll weights to minimize operator fatigue while also keeping costs per applied foot lower. Elevated tear and puncture strength – tough product resists puncturing and tearing.
Applications: Prolite® provide the same performance of heavier gauge products in rolls weighing half the weight resulting in reduced costs to wrap loads.
